Upon registration, participants will gain immediate access to a series of high-quality, pre-recorded lectures and instructional videos. These materials are designed to be completed at the participant's own pace and must be reviewed before attending the in-person workshop.

 Safely demonstrate foundational operative skills required in early surgical practice.
