Learning Activity Description:

This course is designed to have live modules and recorded modules, the recorded modules can be attended on your own pace from the day of registration, and we will have an online 3-day attendance. The course is designed for all healthcare professionals, regardless of their specialty, and there will be other modules that will be available in the portal for you to complete at your own pace.

 

If you want to excel in your career and prepare yourself for a  leadership position or are currently in a managerial position, this course will help you develop the required skills and knowledge on how to be better and more competent. This course is designed for any healthcare practitioner working in any facility including, Hospitals, Primary Care Centers, Ambulatory Care Facilities , Dental centers or any Healthcare facility.  As any healthcare provider will be dealing with different situations that will require competencies of leadership, professionalism, communication, and collaboration skills, it will be very important to enhance those within your skills, these competencies will not only improve your own practice on daily basis, but when they are enhanced, they will be the noticeable to increase your chances for the next leadership position.

 

We will also discuss the basics of the science of quality and the tools used in quality that will help you understand the importance of accreditation and the terminology used to drive improvement and drive change.

This course is conducted over three days using mewb.org online platform that will help you interact with the trainer, the recordings of the sessions will be available in the portal for accessibility so you can benefit from it for a variety of periods depending on your choice of course enrolment.

 

The registrants of this course will have the opportunity to have a free coaching experience for one session, with an internationally certified coach. This coaching experience can be in person if you are in Riyadh, or via virtual means if your are outside Riyadh, KSA. In this coaching session, we will aim to unleash your potential to help you reach your goals and objectives.
