Learning Activity Description:

The Gynecology Oncology course focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of cancers affecting the female reproductive system. Key topics include endometrial, cervical, ovarian, vulvar, and vaginal cancers, as well as pre-invasive lesions like cervical dysplasia. Students will gain expertise in screening techniques, surgical options, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and emerging treatments. The course also covers the management of gestational trophoblastic disease and addresses the psychosocial aspects of cancer care. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for women with gynecologic cancers.
