Upon completion of this workshop the participant will be able to:
1- Discuss the concept of curriculum and
its importance.
2- Discuss
and generate well-written learning objectives.
3- Identify
different effective clinical teaching methods.
1- Demonstrate understanding of characteristics of effective feedback and identifying its barriers.
2- Discuss the principles of assessment and apply appropriate WPBA assessment tools in daily teaching/training sessions.
3- Recognize the signs of trainees in difficulty and steps to deal with them.
