Course Description:
Attendees will gain the didactic foundation to establish a consistent standard of practice in real time imaging. This standard of practice will further improve the quality of images obtained for official, interpretable studies in imaging archive systems as part of the patient’s record. Fundamental aspects of physics, instrumentation, and knobology will be discussed to understand real-time grayscale, m-mode, color Doppler, and spectral Doppler as it relates to sonographic imaging in the first, second, and third trimesters.
